Seeking a Summer Real Estate Accounting Intern

• LSHRI is a property management company serving clients with properties in Bethlehem, PA and expanding into the Lehigh Valley.
• LSHRI specializes in off-campus student housing rentals for Lehigh University, Moravian College and Temple-St. Luke's nursing and medical schools.

Position We’re Adding to the Team:

•  Real Estate Accounting Intern to work in our Finance Department

Specific Tasks:

• Properly recording income and expenses into Wave Apps
• Reviewing bank and other credit card statements
• Reviewing past transactions and making adjusting journal entries
• Assist with preparing tax estimates and tax returns
